Corinthia Hotels has entered into preliminary agreements to provide technical and management services in relation to the developments of a landmark hotel and residential tower in the Lusail district of Doha. The project features 118 bedrooms, 135 serviced residences plus expansive lounges, restaurants, a spa and ballroom. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the project is owned and being developed by Al Alfia Holdings.
